some of those companies deal in components far more complex than a wirelessly charging mouse pad. i see no reason why asus, corsair, glorious, hyperx, etc could make their own version. but if they have the best option on the market, as the only option really being vertically integrated products. If anything Logitech simply won this market because everyone else cant figure it out i guess? idk i kinda just rambled tbh. its got a clear path forward, i just dont think they've made the move yet because no one else is even bothering to compete on a meaningful level. Logitech G Powerplay Wireless Charging System for G703, G903 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mice, Cloth or Hard Gaming Mouse Pad Ive been using a corded SteelSeries Sensei mouse (the Pro MLG edition).
support connectivity for multiple mice or even the wireless keyboards they have too. Style Name: Powerplay Mouse PadSize: Powerplay Mouse Pad Verified Purchase. make it bigger (though it is a decent size, my third party cloth pad woks fine on top i just use some cut up box to make it level with the powerplay) maybe make it charge my phone too. I think a version 2 would be really neat.
i think the fact corsair stopped at qi charging was kinda lazy personally. granted they cant do it the same way but like they could figure it out. You know i agree the pad is a little pricey (i still bought it cuz im shameless, but ive honestly never plugged the last two mice ive gotten from them in because of it, if fuckin works better than anticipated)īut no one else is doing the same thing.
